Job Summary We're looking for an energetic, motivated, and customer-focused Sales BDC Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers — handling inbound leads, setting appointments, following up with prospects, and helping drive showroom traffic for the sales team.
Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming sales calls and internet inquiries promptly and professionally• Respond to internet leads via phone, text, and email Schedule, confirm, and follow up on sales appointments Drive consistent showroom traffic by setting and confirming quality sales appointments while meeting daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals Follow up with customers regarding vehicle inquiries, unsold showroom visits, and missed appointments Build strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up and communication throughout the sales process Ensure all customer interactions, appointments, and follow-ups are accurately documented in the CRM system Work closely with sales managers and sales consultants to maximize appointment show rates and sales opportunities Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times Comply with all company policies, procedures, and standards Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional, positive, and energetic attitude Strong phone, texting, and follow-up skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working with computers, CRM software, texting platforms, and email communication Automotive sales or BDC experience preferred but not required Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and clean driving record
