Job Summary McSweeney CDJR is growing and actively looking for driven, high-energy individuals to join our sales team. We are especially interested in experienced sales professionals as well as candidates with a strong background in the customer service industry who are ready to take their career to the next level. The right candidate will be motivated, personable, competitive, and committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience. In this role, you will build relationships, set appointments, guide customers through the buying process, and help match them with the right vehicle for their needs. A sign-on bonus is available and can be discussed at the time of interview.
