What You'll Do Engage with pre-qualified leads — no cold calling required. Conduct in-home consultations to design solutions that meet the customer's needs. Work a flexible schedule including evenings and two Saturdays per month. Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish. Meet a minimum of two appointments per day and consistently follow up with clients. Use company-provided systems and tools to track and manage leads effectively. What We're Looking For Proven sales experience — home improvement or design-related experience preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly. Tech-savvy and comfortable using tablets, CRM systems, and digital tools. Self-motivated, competitive, and eager to grow with a high-performing team.
