Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Internet Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all internet sales leads, scheduling appointments, responding to customer inquiries, inbound and outbound phones calls, and working closely with the sales team to facilitate introductions and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management:
Intake and track all internet sales leads generated through the dealership's website, social media, and online platforms. Utilize CRM software to manage and follow up on leads effectively.
Customer Engagement:
Answer customer inquiries promptly via email, phone, and chat. Provide accurate information regarding inventory, pricing, financing options, and promotions. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while communicating with customers.
Appointment Scheduling:
Coordinate and schedule appointments for prospective customers to visit the dealership. Work closely with the sales team to ensure they are informed of upcoming appointments and prepared for customer visits. Collaboration with
Sales Team:
Facilitate introductions between customers and sales representatives to enhance the customer experience. Provide feedback to the sales team regarding customer preferences and inquiries to improve service and product offerings.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor and report on lead conversion rates, appointment schedules, and overall customer satisfaction. Utilize data to identify trends and recommend improvements in lead management and follow-up processes.
Continuous Learning:
Stay informed about the latest powersports products, industry trends, and dealership promotions to provide accurate information to customers. Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in the powersports industry. Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. A passion for powersports and a desire to help customers find the right products for their needs.
