Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Sales BDR to join us at McLarty Daniel. If you've worked in automotive before, you already get the pace: high call volume, fast pivots, real conversations, and the satisfaction of building something with a customer from the first "hello" to the handoff. In this role, you'll handle inbound calls and leads, keep the CRM clean, set strong appointments, and work closely with the sales team to keep momentum up. We want someone who can connect quickly, stay organized when it's busy, and take pride in hitting goals without losing the human side of the job. We pay weekly , offer monthly bonuses , and most reps earn around $52k a year —with room to grow if you like chasing wins.
