Products and Services Responsibilities:
Cultivate enduring relationships to establish a loyal clientele base. Demonstrate consultative selling skills by guiding customers through thoughtful inquiries and attentive listening. Acquire expert knowledge about our vehicles, optional packages, and cutting-edge technologies. Deliver professional, top-tier demonstrations of new and used vehicles. Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage referral business through diligent follow-ups. Master the art of overcoming objections and excel in various sales scenarios. Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager, providing detailed reports and feedback. Bring your best self and a positive attitude to work every day.
Qualifications:
Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends. Demonstrated self-starter mindset and an ambitious spirit. Eagerness to swiftly learn and excel in understanding new products. Outstanding communication skills with both customers and team members. Professional and well-groomed appearance. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
