Job Description
Earn $75k-$120k+ selling BMWs in a high-performance store. Training, strong lead flow, and a team built to win. About the Role BMW of Northwest Arkansas is seeking a motivated and professional Client Advisor to join our luxury sales team. This role focuses on delivering a premium customer experience while building long-term client relationships and achieving sales performance goals. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with vehicle selection and provide a consultative sales experience Demonstrate new and pre-owned BMW vehicles Follow up with clients via phone, text, and email Manage daily sales activities, appointments, and CRM tasks Maintain product knowledge on BMW models and technology Work with management to structure deals and close sales Build repeat and referral business Qualifications Previous sales experience preferred (automotive a plus) Strong communication and customer service skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and demeanor Valid driver's license with clean driving record Must be able to work retail hours, including Saturdays Compensation & Benefits $75,000 - $120,000+ annual income potential Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and vacation Paid training and career development Employee vehicle purchase program Discounts on products and services Work Location Bentonville, AR (reliable commute or relocation required)
