We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to own new account growth in the assigned market. This is an outside sales role. You will be in the field, in front of decision-makers, building relationships and closing contracts that put field team members to work. You will prospect, cold call, walk doors, present, quote, and close. You will manage the full sales cycle from first contact through signed agreement and partner with our branch team to make sure what you sell gets delivered. Your success is measured by one thing: accounts opened, orders filled, revenue grown. The right person for this role does not wait for inbound leads. They build their own pipeline, know their territory cold, and earn trust with plant managers and superintendents by following through every single time.WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Must-Have:
2+ years of B2B outside sales — staffing, labor, construction, manufacturing, or a related service industry strongly preferred Proven record of opening new accounts through cold outreach and field prospecting Able to manage a full sales cycle independently from first call through signed contract Strong communicator who earns trust across all levels, from floor supervisor to operations director High activity tolerance — comfortable with rejection and built to keep moving Disciplined with CRM documentation — logs activity consistently and works a structured pipeline Valid driver's license and willingness to be in the field daily within the assigned territoryPreferred :
Existing relationships with employers in general labor, light industrial, or construction Experience selling into operations, HR, or procurement decision-makers Background in consultative or value-based selling — wins on reliability, not just rate Experience working alongside branch or operations teams to deliver on what was soldWhat We're Looking For:

Base salary: $55,000 - $62,000 On-target earnings: $100,000+ (uncapped, tied to new business and NOI) Business Allowance Medical, dental, and vision coverage Structured onboarding with hands-on training and field mentorship Clear growth path toward senior sales and branch leadershipPay:
