We are looking for a detail-oriented, customer-driven Counter Sales Representative for our counter. As an Counter Sales Representative, your specific duties will include, but are not limited to:

• 2-3 Years experience in the HVAC industry Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and vendors.
• Provide outstanding customer service by following up on orders and expediting when necessary.
• Provide friendly and helpful customer service.
• Support the warehouse, will call and delivery drivers to ensure a positive customer experience. Unload/stock trucks, check in material and stock shelves
• Create and maintain a positive customer service culture.
• Source material and create non-stock purchase orders with vendors when necessary.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must have the ability to effectively build rapport with both internal and external customers.
• Must have a positive attitude and the ability to function both independently and in a team setting.
• Requires strong analytical skills and mathematical aptitude.
• Must be able to prioritize multiple responsibilities and manage time effectively.
• Must have strong general computer skills, including MS Outlook and Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task, assign effective priorities to tasks, and operate with a certain level of autonomy.
• Excellent written, verbal, and phone communication skills.
• Available to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime as requested (including on-call).

Experience and Education:

• Prior customer service experience required.
