Manage POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently. Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to ensure an attractive shopping environment. Conduct inventory checks, stock replenishment, and ensure proper product placement on the sales floor. Provide clear phone etiquette when assisting remote or inbound inquiries, ensuring professional communication at all times. Supervise or assist with team members as needed, fostering a collaborative retail environment. Educate customers on new products and promotions through engaging product demos and demonstrations. Skills Proven experience with POS systems, cash handling, and retail math calculations. Strong supervisory experience or leadership skills in a retail setting. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical features clearly and confidently. Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively. Demonstrated phone etiquette for professional remote interactions. Ability to upsell products and services by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions. Knowledge of merchandising, stocking procedures, and retail sales techniques. Customer service expertise with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences. Basic math skills necessary for transactions, discounts, and inventory management. Experience working in grocery store or retail environments is a plus but not required.
