Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Sales and Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the friendly face that engages with customers, assists with product selection, and ensures a seamless experience. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will drive sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to the companies continued success. Duties Assist customers using a needs based analysis to provide the best options Handle customer inquiries via phone with professional phone etiquette, resolving issues promptly and effectively Support existing customers through effective follow up Help find and set up new customers through effective prospecting and referral requests Experience Previous sales or customer service experience preferred but not required; training will be provided Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively Supervising experience is advantageous for those interested in leadership opportunities Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to connect with customers and team members Good work ethic with the ability to work independently or within a team setting Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately in a fast-paced setting Flexible schedule and position starts as performance based pay Requirements Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation as some travel is required within the state Must be at least 18 years old Must be able to pass a background check This position will require state licensing (may be obtained after hire) Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while growing your sales expertise.
