Job Description

We're looking for proven roofing sales reps all over Arkansas who know how to inspect, close, and get deals funded. This isn't an entry-level role. If you've worked storm restoration, insurance claims, or retail roofing sales and can consistently produce, you'll do very well here.
What You'll Do:
Conduct roof inspections (storm, retail, and insurance-based) Identify damage and educate homeowners on next steps Manage claims process when applicable Close deals and maintain strong customer relationships Coordinate with production to ensure smooth project completion
What We're Looking For:
2+ years roofing sales experience (required) Strong understanding of insurance claims process (preferred) Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven Reliable transportation Comfortable working in the field (door knocking, inspections, etc.) Comfotable communicating with insurance companies Ability to manage your pipeline and follow up effectively
