Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven associate to support our sales team and help drive new business growth. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in sales, gain hands-on experience with customers, and develop strong selling and relationship-building skills. The Associate will work closely with senior sales team members to identify prospects, qualify leads, manage accounts, and support the full sales cycle. Duties Assist senior sales representatives in managing and growing assigned accounts Identify and qualify new sales leads through outbound calls, emails, and research Schedule meetings, product demos, and follow-ups with prospective customers Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system Prepare sales materials, proposals, and presentations as needed Respond to customer inquiries and provide basic product or service information Track sales metrics and contribute to regular reporting Stay up to date on product offerings, pricing, and market trends Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and operations teams to support sales efforts Experience Proven experience in medical sales, particularly in orthopedic or related medical device fields. Demonstrated success in B2B sales with a focus on account management and negotiation skills. Strong ability to deliver compelling product demos and technical presentations to healthcare professionals. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex medical concepts clearly and persuasively. Adept at analysis skills for assessing market data, customer needs, and sales performance metrics. Leadership qualities that inspire confidence in clients and motivate team collaboration.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
