Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Rep, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing accounts in the NE Arkansas region. Datamax is a single-source business technology partner for Office Equipment (copiers/printers), Print Management, Document Management, Network Management, Production Print, Unified Communication Solutions, Voice over internet protocol (VOIP), and In-House Leasing. Your primary goal will be to increase sales revenue and meet or exceed sales targets. You will be expected to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide them with the best solutions to meet their business requirements. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in outside sales Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience selling to B2B customers Familiarity with the NE Arkansas region and its business landscape Experience using CRM software to manage sales activities
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the NE Arkansas region Maintain and grow existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and provide them with the best solutions Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise
Skills:
As an Outside Sales Rep, you will use your excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and provide them with the best solutions to meet their business needs. You will also use your ability to work independently and manage a sales territory to identify and develop new business opportunities. Familiarity with CRM software will be beneficial in managing your sales activities and tracking your progress towards meeting or exceeding sales targets. Additionally, knowledge of the NE Arkansas region and its business landscape will help you better understand your customers and their needs.
Job Type:
Full-time  Income potential could exceed $75,000 annually once you have established yourself in the assigned territory •Base Salary + Commission and Bonus Potential + Mileage•
