Job Description:
Crain Ford of Little Rock is seeking motivated and dynamic Sales Professionals to join our team. If you have a passion for customer service and a proven ability to drive sales, we want to hear from you! Excellent pay plan! Number 1 Ford store in the region, President's Award Winner.
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent service. Present and sell vehicles and related products to customers. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the dealership's success. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle features, pricing, and promotions.
Required Skills:
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Strong sales ability and a results-driven mindset. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
