Total Wireless Authorized Retail Stores Job Description We are hiring motivated Sales Representatives for our Total Wireless retail stores. Total Wireless is Verizon's official prepaid wireless brand, offering affordable phones and reliable phone service with no contracts. This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and wants to grow in the wireless retail industry. Sales Representatives will assist customers with phone purchases, service plans, activations, bill payments, upgrades, accessories, and general customer support. Bilingual English/Spanish speakers are strongly preferred. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide a friendly, professional store experience Help customers choose the right phone, plan, and accessories Explain Total Wireless service, promotions, and features clearly Process new activations, upgrades, bill payments, and account changes Meet individual and store sales goals Maintain store cleanliness and product displays Follow company policies, procedures, and daily store expectations Build customer relationships and encourage repeat business Assist with local marketing efforts when needed Qualifications Retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred but not required Strong communication and people skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable, punctual, and professional Comfortable using computers, tablets, and point-of-sale systems Ability to work weekends and flexible shifts as needed Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Pay & Benefits $12.00 per hour base pay Sales commission opportunities Average pay of $15-$18 per hour after commission Part-time and full-time positions available Growth opportunities for strong performers Supportive team environment Employee training provided Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is outgoing, dependable, goal-oriented, and enjoys helping customers.
