The Entry Level Sales Representative will introduce households to the perfect pairing: premium wireless plans and lightning-fast AT&T Fiber internet. Your wireless expertise will help families untangle their current bills, while your fiber knowledge shows them how to upgrade their wireless home experience. As a Entry Level Sales Representative, you will meet families in person to discuss wireless options and high-speed fiber internet. The Entry Level Sales Representative centers on relationship-driven sales interactions, personalized wireless recommendations, and ongoing sales coordination. Core Functions of the Entry Level Sales Representative Drive sales by initiating in‑person conversations that position AT&T Fiber as the core home upgrade that boosts wireless device performance for Little Rock residents. Demonstrate during consultations how AT&T Fiber eliminates dead zones and creates a seamless wireless ecosystem. Guide clients through bundled AT&T Fiber + wireless options, emphasizing how fiber enhances every device experience. Document in‑person client preferences to tailor wireless recommendations and ensure accurate order fulfillment. Collaborate with local teams to promote AT&T Fiber as the premium home internet powering top‑tier wireless plans. Conduct post‑sale in‑person check‑ins to confirm satisfaction with AT&T Fiber installation and wireless integration. Education & Experience Needed for the Entry Level Sales Representative High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience in wireless sales, customer service, or account support is a plus. Detail‑focused in maintaining dslrd records and supporting smooth account processes. Confident engaging households directly and building rapport during residential sales.
