Job Description

About the Role We're looking for a relationship-driven Business Development Advisor to own referral growth across our North Arkansas territory. You'll spend your days building and deepening relationships with hospital discharge planners, physicians' offices, assisted living communities, and other healthcare partners — not sitting at a desk. This is a pure sales and marketing role. You source the referrals. Our care team handles the rest. If you already know the healthcare landscape in Harrison, Mountain Home, or Batesville — and people in those buildings already pick up when you call — we want to talk to you. What You'll Do Build and maintain referral relationships with healthcare providers, discharge planners, social workers, and senior living communities across the territory Execute a consistent weekly outreach cadence across all three markets Make the initial contact with referred prospects, qualify their needs, and schedule consultations for our care team Track referral activity and outcomes in Salesforce CRM Represent Home Instead at community events, health fairs, and professional meetings Collaborate with leadership on local marketing campaigns and community initiatives What We're Looking For Existing relationships with healthcare or senior care referral sources in Harrison, Mountain Home, or Batesville — this is required, not preferred 3+ years of outside sales, business development, or referral marketing experience Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets Self-starter who can manage a multi-market territory independently Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the territory regularly Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) or ability to learn quickly Genuine passion for improving the lives of older adults and their families Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $65,000-$75,000 depending on experience Performance incentives tied to referral volume, starts of care, and close rate — strong performers earn significantly above base Health and related insurances 2 weeks vacation + 1 week sick time 401(k) with up to 4% employer match Paid holidays Company-provided branded vehicle About Home Instead For more than 30 years, Home Instead has been the world's leading provider of in-home care for older adults.
