Full Time Halbert Pipe & Steel is seeking a motivated and detail oriented Inside Sales / Estimator to join our growing team. This position serves as a key point of contact for customers and plays an important role in quoting projects, purchasing materials, and supporting the fabrication process from inquiry to production. Responsibilities Communicate with customers regarding project requirements, pricing, and order status Review customer drawings, specifications, and RFQs Prepare quotes for fabricated steel products and assemblies Contact steel suppliers and vendors for material pricing and availability Purchase raw materials and components as needed Coordinate with production and management to ensure project requirements are understood Maintain organized records of quotes, orders, and purchasing activities Follow up on customer inquiries and outstanding quotations Assist with basic drawing review and CAD related tasks when applicable Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to follow instructions Excellent organizational and problem solving abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, construction, steel distribution, or industrial sales preferred Experience reading drawings and specifications preferred Estimating, purchasing, or inside sales experience preferred CAD experience is a plus, but not required What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who enjoys working with customers, solving problems, and helping move projects from concept to completion.
