Job Description

Warehouse Solutions & Material Handling Equipment Office:
West Memphis, AR (minutes from downtown Memphis) We're looking for a driven outside sales professional to help businesses improve warehouse operations through material handling equipment, storage systems, automation, and industrial solutions. While our headquarters is located in West Memphis, many of our employees live throughout Memphis, North Mississippi, and Eastern Arkansas. Our office is immediately across the river with easy interstate access, often making the drive shorter than many cross-town Memphis commutes. What You'll Do Develop new business opportunities and grow customer relationships Conduct onsite facility visits and identify operational improvements Recommend equipment, storage, automation, and warehouse solutions Prepare proposals, quotes, and project recommendations Follow up on leads from marketing, referrals, networking, and prospecting Work closely with operations, project management, and customer service teams Manage opportunities from initial contact through close Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals What We're Looking For 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience preferred Experience selling industrial, construction-related, manufacturing, logistics, or other consultative solutions Proven ability to generate new business and grow accounts Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven Comfortable learning technical products and solutions Compensation Base Salary + Uncapped Commission Typical first-year earnings: $70,000-$120,000+ Top-performing sales professionals can earn $150,000-$300,000+ Why American Material Handling?
