Role:

As our Roofing Salesman, you will be responsible for generating your own leads, building relationships with homeowners/property managers/adjusters...etc., conducting roof inspections, providing accurate estimates, and closing sales. This is a commission-only position with high earning potential. Commission rates are competitive and based on performance.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in roofing sales Ability to generate your own leads through networking, canvassing, referrals, and other methods Strong closing skills and the ability to build trust and rapport quickly with customers Self-motivated, reliable, and a positive attitude Excellent communication skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
