Route Sales Representative Trainee

Blue Bell Creameries is seeking a Route Sales Representative Trainee in the Apache Junction, AZ area. A Route Sales Representative Trainee responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Keeping ice cream product displays full, neat and clean in grocery stores and other retail facilities; Maintaining good relations with customers and their personnel; Regular communication with the branch manager and sales manager, including informing them of any concerns with equipment, product, or other issues; Accompanying driver salespersons making route deliveries to customers and assisting them with loading trucks, maintaining inventory, and stocking and merchandising of product in stores. A CDL license is preferred but not required. If you do not have a CDL, you will be provided on the job training to obtain a Class B license with air brake endorsement. The Class B license must be obtained within 30 days after hire date. The position is full-time and pays hourly. The typical hours vary based on the particular location. Working weekends and holidays are required as needed. The ideal candidate is dependable and personable.

A candidate must possess the following job requirements: Safe driving record with no more than two preventable collisions or moving violations in the past three years Valid driver's license Reliable transportation •
