Inside Sales / Tractor Salesperson

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales / Tractor Salesperson to join our team. This role focuses on helping customers—both walk-in and phone-in—find the right compact tractors, utility equipment, turf equipment and attachments to fit their needs. You'll be part of a professional, customer-focused environment where performance and product knowledge are rewarded.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage customers in person, online, and by phone to assess equipment needs and recommend solutions. Provide product information, financing options, and trade-in evaluations. Prepare detailed quotes and follow up with prospects to close sales. Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions and sales activities. Support showroom merchandising and assist outside sales efforts as needed.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in sales, equipment, agriculture, or related industries preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of tractors or implements a plus. Self-motivated with the ability to achieve and exceed sales goals. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Salary Range:

$80k with 100% TARGET Goal attainment of Base and Incentive (uncapped)
