We're looking for a Commercial Service Agreement Sales Professional to develop, sell, and maintain profitable commercial HVAC/R service agreements. This role is not about one-time equipment sales. Key Responsibilities:
Proactively prospect and generate new commercial opportunities Schedule and conduct client appointments Develop accurate service agreement estimates based on site conditions Prepare and present professional proposals Maintain and document active pipeline and sales forecast Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, and decision-makers Collaborate with service and operations teams for smooth contract implementation Submit signed contract documentation within 24 hours Maintain market awareness of competitors and industry trends You will be accountable for driving recurring revenue and strengthening customer retention.
What We're Looking For Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent sales experience 2-5 years of proven sales success Strong time and activity management CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency Valid driver's license Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred:
