Position requires strong organization skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment all while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Must be a self-starter and have the desire to work as part of a team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Answering incoming phone calls and create positive customer interaction Submit and pick up plans from the local municipalities Coordinate existing client Warranty Work and schedule subcontractors Prepare dust permits for new job sites Maintain insurance certs from subcontractors Bid follow up if requested Maintaining inventory of office supplies Processing invoices and assist accountant Assist and support coworkers as needed Processing mail and filing Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook/Google Drive Support with preparation of
Client Meetings/Conference Room Scheduling Requirements:
Reliable transportation
Arizona Driver's License Car Insurance Schedule:
Mon-Fri Hours:
8am-5pm (40) hours Vacation Time per year (40) hours Personal/Sick Time per year Auto Reimbursement if requested to support with projects away from the Corporate Office Health Benefits are optional
