Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Construction Sales Representative to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind building strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored construction solutions. CNFcontracting.com Duties Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new clients and expand existing accounts within the construction sector. Conduct outside sales activities including cold calling, client meetings, product demonstrations, and territory management to generate leads and close deals. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation, proposal presentation, and contract signing while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track prospects, manage customer relationships, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that enhance brand visibility and attract new business opportunities. Deliver technical product demos highlighting features relevant to construction projects and provide solutions-oriented recommendations. Upsell additional products or services during account management interactions to maximize revenue potential. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements in construction materials and services. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within the construction or related industries. Strong management skills with a track record of territory management and business development success. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or equivalent tools for lead tracking and analysis. Demonstrated ability in account management, customer service, and inside/outside sales strategies. Knowledge of construction materials, technology sales processes, and retail or direct sales approaches is preferred.
