Guardian Tax is actively hiring motivated sales professionals looking to grow their income, sharpen their skills, and build a long-term career in a high-energy sales environment. This is a 100% inbound sales role — no cold calling or prospecting. Every lead is already reaching out for help with IRS and tax debt relief. Your job is to guide clients through their situation, help them understand their options, and confidently move them toward the right solution. What You'll Be Doing Take 100% inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief support Understand each client's situation and guide them through their options Clearly explain available solutions in a confident way Lead conversations toward a successful close Handle a high volume of inbound calls Stay focused on activity, performance goals, and results You're not just selling — you're helping people reset their financial future.
