Seven Arrows Recovery | Elfrida, Arizona Are you a people person who thrives on building relationships? Do you have a natural ability to connect with others, tell a compelling story, and make people feel seen and valued? Seven Arrows Recovery is seeking a motivated, charismatic, and relationship-focused Business Development Representative to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is early in their career and interested in learning about addiction recovery, trauma-informed care, behavioral health, and healthcare outreach. You do not need extensive experience in the substance use treatment field. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, passionate about helping others, and excited to represent a mission-driven organization that is changing lives. About Seven Arrows Seven Arrows Recovery is a boutique residential treatment center located on a 160-acre ranch in Southeastern Arizona. We specialize in trauma-informed addiction treatment and are recognized as the first certified provider of Forward-Facing® Accelerated Recovery. Our approach combines evidence-based practices, experiential therapies, equine-assisted work, nervous system regulation, and meaningful connection to create transformative healing experiences. What You'll Do Build and maintain relationships with therapists, healthcare providers, hospitals, treatment programs, and community organizations Represent Seven Arrows at networking events, conferences, and community gatherings Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, meetings, and social media Coordinate facility tours and educational events Learn and communicate Seven Arrows' unique treatment philosophy and clinical approach Collaborate closely with admissions, clinical, and leadership teams Track outreach activities and referral relationships Help expand awareness of trauma-informed and nervous-system-centered approaches to recovery What We're Looking For Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills Naturally outgoing, personable, and confident Strong relationship-building abilities Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Curious and eager to learn Professional, reliable, and organized Passion for helping people and making a difference Experience in sales, marketing, hospitality, customer service, public relations, healthcare, behavioral health, or community engagement is a plus, but not required Why This Role Is Different This isn't about sales quotas or high-pressure tactics.
