Job Description

Are you the person who lights up a room, never meets a stranger, and has the track record to prove it? Babb Financial Group is a financial planning and tax firm serving families across Flagstaff and Sedona. We're looking for an outgoing, people-loving professional who already knows how to connect, persuade, and set appointments, and who genuinely enjoys it. This is not an entry-level seat. We want someone who has done this work and done it well. This is a relationship role with a prospecting engine at its core. You'll be one of the friendly voices our clients and prospects know, the person who keeps our calendar full of visits and makes sure everyone who walks through our door already feels taken care of. If you're warm, persuasive, proven on the phone, and you light up when you're helping people, you'll thrive here. A day in this role looks like: Making outbound and cold calls to prospective clients to introduce the firm and invite them in for a visit Following up with people who registered for a seminar or event but didn't attend, reaching out to see if we can help them and whether they're a fit Connecting with prospects we've identified as people we can help, and getting them on the calendar Welcoming and following up with guests from our seminars and client events Scheduling and confirming client review visits, and reaching out to clients who are due to come in Making friendly quality-control calls to current clients to check in and make sure they feel cared for Handling incoming calls from prospective clients with warmth and confidence Keeping our client database (Wealthbox) organized and up to date so nothing falls through the cracks Partnering with our team on marketing, events, and the little touches that make clients feel like family What you bring (required): Proven prospecting, appointment-setting, or financial advisory experience, with a track record you can speak to. Genuine comfort with cold calling. You see the phone as an opportunity, not an obstacle. A strong, outgoing personality: warm, optimistic, and naturally persuasive Strong organization and the discipline to keep a CRM and details in order We are not hiring newcomers to the field. You should be able to point to real results: visits set, prospects converted, or clients served. Compensation:
Base salary: $50,000-$58,000 per year Plus performance bonus
In-office Pay:
$50,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
