Aggressive pay plan with uncapped commissions High volume of internet and phone leads Extensive inventory availability Established and respected dealership brand Family-oriented culture Ongoing training and development Advancement opportunities within the organization Supportive management team Responsibilities Respond to internet, phone, text, and chat inquiries in a timely manner Build rapport with prospective customers and identify their vehicle needs Schedule and confirm showroom appointments Follow up consistently with leads and unsold prospects Provide accurate product and inventory information Maintain customer records and communications within the CRM Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience Participate in training sessions and team meetings Qualifications Previous automotive internet sales experience required Strong communication and customer service skills Professional phone presence and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-up tasks Experience with CRM systems; DealerSocket experience preferred Strong computer and technology skills Team-oriented attitude with a positive work ethic Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age Valid Arizona driver's license Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Compensation Starting at $7,000+ per month Uncapped earning potential for motivated, performance-driven professionals.
