New Hotel Opening- Marriott Sales Coordinator

Duties Assist the sales team in developing and executing outreach strategies to attract corporate, leisure, and event clients Manage and update client databases using tools like Microsoft Office and Salesforce, ensuring accurate and current information Handle incoming inquiries via multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, providing exceptional customer support Coordinate appointments, meetings, and calendar management for sales managers using efficient scheduling practices Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and correspondence with attention to detail and proofreading accuracy Support office management tasks such as filing, data entry, account management with Salesforce, and maintaining office supplies Provide front desk support including greeting visitors, managing phone etiquette, and overseeing multi-line phone systems to ensure smooth communication flow Requirements Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Demonstrated clerical or administrative experience, including data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management Excellent computer literacy with familiarity in Microsoft applications and hotel PMS like Fosse/Opera Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele Experience with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and customer service excellence Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Prior personal assistant, office management or hotel experience is highly desirable Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively This role offers an engaging environment where your contributions directly impact the success of our new hotel.
