Studio Sales Coordinator Hourly Pay + Commission + Performance-Based Incentives Are you passionate about skincare, client experience, and achieving goals? At Hi, skin, we're looking for a client-centric, sales-driven Studio Sales Coordinator to lead the front-of-house experience while helping grow our membership community and studio performance. As the first and last impression of the studio, you'll play a critical role in creating exceptional client experiences, driving membership and retail sales, and supporting the daily success of the studio. What You'll DoDeliver an Elevated Client Experience Create a welcoming, personalized experience for every client from check-in to checkout. Build strong client relationships that increase loyalty, retention, and long-term engagement. Ensure every interaction reflects Hi, skin's values and service standards. Address client questions and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and urgency. Drive Membership & Retail Sales Confidently educate clients on memberships, skincare treatments, product recommendations, and service enhancements. Consistently work toward individual and studio sales goals including memberships, retention, upgrades, and retail performance. Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience while driving revenue growth. Support studio promotions, events, and outreach initiatives to build community engagement and brand loyalty. Support Studio Operations Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling, appointment coordination, and client communication. Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready studio environment. Help ensure efficient daily operations and a seamless client flow throughout the day. Contribute to a High-Performance Team Culture Collaborate with the Studio Manager and team to support studio goals and performance initiatives. Bring a positive, solution-oriented attitude to the studio every day. Support a culture of accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and continuous growth.
What We're Looking For Sales-Driven & Goal-Oriented:

Experience Preferred:
