RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet and guide customers as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process. Assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs Assist customers in the completion of their sales applications Focus on the customer's needs to enhance dealership and personal sales Follows up with previous customers for referrals and future sales Maintains up-to-date knowledge on new products, features, and accessories available and translates them into benefits for Dealership customers

QUALIFICATIONS

The commitment to starting a career Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections Have quality customer service skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Are Persistent, competitive, and have a good work ethic Maintains an acceptable attendance record Dresses appropriately for the position to ensure a professional image Are computer literate and have basic math skills A valid driver's license and clean driving record
