POSITION SUMMARY
Sunshine RV is seeking an energetic, customer-focused RV Sales & Social Media Specialist to join our team. This position combines RV sales responsibilities with digital marketing and social media management. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping customers find the perfect RV while creating engaging content that promotes Sunshine RV's inventory, services, events, and brand presence online.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES RV
Sales Duties Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable RVs and accessories. Conduct RV walk-throughs and product demonstrations. Follow up with sales leads through phone calls, emails, text messages, and social media. Maintain customer relationships throughout the sales process and after delivery. Complete all required sales documentation accurately and timely. Achieve monthly sales goals and performance objectives. Maintain knowledge of RV products, features, benefits, and industry trends. Social Media & Marketing Duties Manage Sunshine RV's social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital channels. Create engaging content including photos, videos, reels, stories, and promotional posts. Showcase new inventory, RV features, service specials, customer testimonials, and dealership events. Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and customer inquiries. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions. Maintain a consistent Sunshine RV brand image across all platforms. Track social media performance and provide monthly activity reports. Stay current on social media trends and best practices.
