If you've sold cars, powersports, trailers, or anything else through Marketplace and know how to generate your own leads, you'll fit right in. Ultimate Powersports is looking for a motivated automotive sales professional who is hungry to make money and willing to generate their own business. We are not looking for someone who sits around waiting for dealership leads. We want a self-starter who knows how to use Facebook Marketplace, social media, referrals, and customer follow-up to create opportunities and close deals. What You'll Do Sell quality pre-owned cars, trucks, SUVs, and specialty vehicles Post inventory daily on Facebook Marketplace and social media platforms Follow up with internet leads, phone leads, and previous customers Build your own customer base through networking and prospecting Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives Work with our finance team to help customers secure financing Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish What We Expect Positive attitude and strong work ethic Comfortable using Facebook Marketplace and social media Excellent communication skills Ability to follow up consistently Reliable transportation Automotive sales experience preferred but not required for the right candidate Compensation Commission per vehicle sold Performance bonuses available Unlimited earning potential High-quality inventory and strong financing options Daily Expectations Post vehicles on Facebook Marketplace Make outbound calls and text follow-ups Create video content for inventory Generate your own appointments Maintain CRM activity and customer communication Why Ultimate?
