Job Description
Are you the type of person who can keep customers excited, informed and confident throughout a fast moving project? Do you thrive in a role where communication, organization and customer experience all matter equally? Papago Vans is looking for a Customer Communication Coordinator to help guide clients through the post sale phase of their custom camper van build. This role is perfect for someone with strong customer service experience who can confidently manage communication, timelines, scheduling and customer expectations while working closely with sales, design and production teams. This is not a high pressure sales role. It is a relationship driven position focused on creating an exceptional customer experience after the customer commits to their build. What You'll Do Maintain ongoing communication with customers throughout the build process Provide timeline updates and help manage customer expectations Coordinate scheduling for design meetings, build milestones, pickups and service appointments Work directly with production teams to gather weekly progress updates and photos for customer portals Help customers navigate questions related to financing, scheduling, upgrades and next steps Track customer builds and maintain organization of the production queue Assist with payment collection and invoice follow up Handle customer concerns professionally and help de escalate issues when needed Maintain accurate customer information in CRM systems and internal platforms Support the sales and operations teams with administrative tasks and customer follow through Ensure customers feel informed, supported and excited throughout their experience with Papago Vans What We're Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to stay organized while managing multiple customers and moving timelines Comfortable handling difficult conversations with professionalism and confidence Strong attention to detail and follow through Positive attitude and team oriented mindset Comfortable working in a fast paced environment with changing priorities Strong computer and administrative skills Preferred Experience Customer success, post sale support or account coordination experience CRM software experience preferred Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and QuickBooks is a plus Automotive, RV, luxury product or construction industry experience is helpful but not required Why Work With Us At Papago Vans, you'll work with a passionate, fast growing team building some of the most unique custom adventure vehicles in the country.
