Arizona This Is Not Your Average Door-to-Door Sales Position Sunvaro Home Group is hiring hungry, competitive, and self-motivated Fiber Internet Sales Representatives to join one of the fastest-growing home solutions companies in Arizona. We are an authorized AT&T and Quantum Fiber dealer working within premier dealer networks to connect homeowners and businesses with faster, more reliable internet. Unlike traditional door-to-door positions, we provide our representatives with targeted leads and qualified service areas. You will be speaking with people whose properties are already eligible for fiber service and who may currently be paying too much for slower or less reliable internet. You are not being sent into random neighborhoods hoping to find someone who qualifies. We help point you toward real opportunities. Your job is to create the conversation, communicate the value, overcome objections, and close the sale. The Earning Opportunity Our representatives earn The Highest Commissions in the industry per completed sale , with no cap on commissions. A productive representative usually average 3+ sales per day , depending on effort, skill, schedule, and territory performance. New and developing representatives can earn approximately $96,000•120,000 annually Experienced and high-producing representatives can earn $180,000 or more annually Commissions are paid weekly Your income is directly connected to your production These figures are not guaranteed. Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Valid driver's license Reliable personal transportation Smartphone with dependable service Ability to pass a background check Strong verbal communication skills Professional appearance and attitude Comfortable working in the field and speaking with new people Comfortable with a commission-only compensation structure Willingness to participate in training and coaching Ability to work independently and manage your daily activity Previous sales, customer service, wireless, internet, telecommunications, retail, canvassing, hospitality, or door-to-door experience is helpful but not required. We will train the right person. We cannot teach hunger, discipline, or work ethic.
