In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our home care services by connecting with potential clients and healthcare facilities. Earn lots of commissions$$$ by using your enthusiasm and expertise to help facilities, families and individuals find the personalized care solutions they need, making a meaningful difference in their lives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales skills while promoting essential health and wellness services in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Home care sales experience required. Responsibilities Engage with prospective clients and healthcare professionals to promote our home care services through outside sales efforts. Conduct product demonstrations and detailed presentations to showcase service benefits tailored to client needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including skilled nursing, hospitals, hospices, home health and community organizations. Negotiate service agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms that meet client expectations. Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and client feedback to expand our reach. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate service implementation, address client inquiries, and resolve issues promptly. Skills Proven experience in home care and/or home health sales, in healthcare services. Strong relationship-building abilities combined with excellent communication skills to effectively articulate product value propositions. Demonstrated leadership qualities and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts efficiently. Proficiency in conducting PowerPoint presentations Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive approach to account management and relationship building. Analytical skills to assess client needs, market conditions, and sales performance data for strategic planning. Experience with hosting community events to build rapport.
Pay:
$40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
