This is a consultative sales role focused on helping homeowners make informed decisions regarding their comfort, energy efficiency, indoor air quality, and long-term HVAC investment. The ideal candidate has a strong HVAC background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust with homeowners. We are seeking professionals who understand HVAC systems and can confidently explain options while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities Meet with homeowners during company-provided appointments Perform comprehensive evaluations of existing HVAC systems Design and recommend replacement solutions based on customer needs and home requirements Present financing and payment options Educate customers on energy efficiency, system performance, warranties, and indoor air quality products Build strong relationships and establish trust with customers Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience Consistently achieve sales and performance goals Represent Semper Fi Heating & Cooling with professionalism and integrity at all times Qualifications HVAC industry experience required Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, equipment, and installation practices Previous Comfort Consultant, HVAC Sales, Service Technician, or related experience preferred Proven ability to communicate effectively with homeowners Strong presentation and closing skills Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed Ability to work evenings and weekends as business needs require Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Proficiency with technology, tablets, and CRM systems What Success Looks Like The most successful Comfort Consultants at Semper Fi are customer-focused professionals who combine HVAC expertise with exceptional communication skills.
