Position Overview As an Outbound Appointment Specialist, your primary responsibility is generating opportunities and booking HVAC appointments through outbound calling campaigns. Success in this role is driven by activity, consistency, and the ability to create value for customers. This is not a customer service-only position. We are seeking professionals who enjoy sales, thrive in a metric-driven environment, and understand that effort and performance drive success. What You'll Do Make high-volume outbound calls to existing and prospective customers. Build rapport and create interest in Semper Fi's products and services. Overcome objections and confidently ask for the appointment. Generate and schedule service, maintenance, and replacement appointments. Follow up with leads and maintain an active pipeline. Accurately document customer interactions and call outcomes within the CRM. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals. Track activity metrics including calls, contacts, and appointments booked. Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every interaction. Assist the inbound team when business needs require additional support. What We're Looking ForRequired Skills Competitive and results-driven mindset. Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls per day. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to overcome objections and close for the appointment. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment. Excellent organization and follow-up skills. Proficiency with CRM systems and computer applications. Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM. Preferred Experience Business Development Center (BDC) experience. Appointment setting experience. Inside sales experience. High-volume call center experience. Collections or retention experience. HVAC, automotive, insurance, solar, home services, or retail sales experience. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
