Your mission is to educate clients on the latest HVAC technologies, develop tailored comfort solutions, and foster long-term relationships that enhance their living environments. Duties Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including calling and territory management to generate new leads and expand market presence Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and consultations to identify customer needs and recommend optimal HVAC solutions Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, follow-up support, and upselling opportunities to maximize client satisfaction and revenue Develop and execute strategic business development plans within assigned territories to increase brand awareness and market share Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while maintaining profitability and fostering long-term partnerships Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that drive lead generation and customer engagement across retail and B2B channels Experience Proven success in outside sales or business development roles within the HVAC industry or related technical sales fields Demonstrated ability in territory management, account management, and B2B sales strategies Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent customer service orientation Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing sales pipelines and analyzing performance metrics Experience in product demos, upselling techniques, and lead generation activities to grow a customer base Ability to conduct detailed analysis of market trends and customer needs to tailor solutions effectively Prior experience in retail sales or inside sales environments is advantageous but not required; a proactive approach to cold calling and direct sales is essential Join us as a Residential HVAC Comfort Consultant if you're ready to energize your career by helping homeowners achieve ultimate comfort through innovative solutions!
