• Sales experience is a plus (roofing/ construction preferred but not required)

• Provide your own reliable transportation Responsibilities Engage in outside sales activities by visiting potential clients at their locations.

Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and strategic marketing efforts to expand your clientele. Conduct thorough inspections to recommend appropriate roofing products and services that meet customer specifications. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close sales efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction. Utilize CRM software such as Jobber to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. Work together with management on sales strategies to maximize revenue growth. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales or business development, preferably in roofing, construction, or related industries. Strong skills in management, territory management, lead generation, and direct sales techniques. Familiarity with CRM software like Jobber and other marketing tools to streamline sales processes. Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-focused approach to service delivery. Ability to upsell solutions, and close deals effectively. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships. Ability to work independently while managing multiple accounts across a designated territory.
