cultureindex.com/p/eDNi70WpMKByDRo About the Opportunity Superior Cleaning USA is growing, and we are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to help us build relationships with commercial property owners, property managers, facility directors, and business leaders across the market. This is not a sit-back-and-wait sales role. It is for someone who enjoys prospecting, starting conversations, getting in front of people, and creating real opportunities. You will be the first point of contact for many of our future clients, helping open doors for our sales team and building the front end of our pipeline. We are a well-established commercial cleaning company with a strong reputation, long-term clients, and real momentum. The right person will have the chance to grow with us, learn the business, and build a serious career in sales. What You'll Do You will spend your days identifying potential commercial clients, reaching out to decision-makers, and setting up qualified walkthroughs for our sales team.
This includes:
Reaching out to property managers, facility directors, building owners, and business decision-makers through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, and in-person visits. Building relationships with prospects and learning about their current cleaning service, pain points, contract timing, and facility needs. Setting appointments and walkthroughs for our sales representatives with businesses that are a strong fit for our services. Keeping accurate notes and follow-up activity in our CRM so the sales team has the information they need. Working closely with the sales team to improve lead quality, sharpen messaging, and understand what turns a prospect into a client. Staying organized with your pipeline and following up consistently so good opportunities do not fall through the cracks. Sharing feedback from the field, including common objections, competitor information, and market trends.
Who We're Looking For:
We are looking for someone with energy, confidence, and follow-through. You may be a great fit if you: Have experience in sales, business development, customer service, hospitality, property management, door-to-door sales, or another role where you had to communicate with people every day. Are comfortable starting conversations with people you do not know. Do not get discouraged by rejection and understand that "no" is part of the process. Are professional, polished, and confident on the phone and in person. Can manage your own schedule and stay productive without being micromanaged. Are coachable and willing to improve through feedback, roleplay, and real-world experience. Communicate clearly and professionally in writing. Are comfortable using a CRM, email, and basic sales tools. Have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and are comfortable visiting commercial properties throughout the assigned territory. We can teach you the services, the sales process, and what makes a strong opportunity. What we cannot teach is drive. Compensation This role offers a competitive hourly base plus performance-based commission opportunities.
