- Prospect and develop new business through outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
- Meet with business owners, executives, and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and recommend tailored workforce solutions.
- Negotiate placement terms, rates, and service agreements while managing profitability and client expectations.
- Recruit, screen, and match qualified candidates to open positions secured through client partnerships.
- Manage and grow existing accounts to drive repeat business, client satisfaction, and long-term revenue growth.
- Maintain consistent sales activity, pipeline management, and follow-up to achieve performance goals. Compensation and Benefits
