We sell, install, and support POS systems for business owners across the state — and unlike national competitors, we don't disappear after the sale. Our clients get guaranteed onsite support, quarterly assessments, and a real local team that picks up the phone. We're growing fast, and Phoenix's bilingual business community is one of our most underserved markets. We're hiring a Bilingual POS Sales Representative who can build real relationships with Spanish-speaking restaurant and small business owners and help them get technology that actually works for their business. The Role As a Bilingual POS Sales Representative, you're the face of AZ PayTech to Phoenix's Spanish-speaking business community. You'll prospect, build relationships, and close deals with restaurant owners, retail shops, food trucks, panaderías, carnicerías, and other small businesses across the Phoenix metro. This isn't a cold-call phone job. You'll be in the field, in restaurants and storefronts, having real conversations with owners who've been burned by big national POS companies and are looking for someone local who actually shows up.
What You'll Do Prospect & Outreach:
Identify and visit Spanish-speaking business owners across Phoenix — restaurants, retail, services, food trucks, and more
Consultative Sales:
Understand each owner's business, recommend the right POS solution, and explain pricing and payment processing in clear, honest terms — in English or Spanish, whichever the owner prefers
Demos:
Walk owners through a live demo of POS systems, payment processing options, and the support experience that comes with working with us
Close Deals:
Hit a target of new account signups per month with strong residual value
Referrals & Partnerships:
Build relationships with bilingual CPAs, business brokers, restaurant suppliers, and chamber of commerce members to generate ongoing referrals Hand-Off to
Tech Team:
Ensure every signed client has a smooth installation by partnering closely with our tech support team
Stay Engaged Post-Sale:
Check in with your clients regularly — they're your book of business, and their success is your residual income What We're Looking For Fully bilingual in English and Spanish — you can sell, negotiate, and build trust in both languages 1+ years of B2B sales experience (POS, merchant services, telecom, software, or similar a strong plus) Self-starter who's comfortable knocking on doors, walking into a restaurant, and starting a conversation with the owner Strong relationship builder — Phoenix's business community is tight-knit, and word travels Coachable and competitive; you want to win and you want to learn Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed) Comfortable with CRM tools and basic technology High school diploma or equivalent Bonus Points For Existing relationships in Phoenix's restaurant or small business community Prior experience working in a restaurant or family-owned business Background in merchant services, payment processing, or POS sales Active in chambers of commerce, industry associations, or community organizations Familiarity with the unique needs of independent and family-owned businesses What We Offer Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission on every deal Lifetime residual income on accounts you close — keep earning every month they stay with us Mileage reimbursement and a marketing budget for client meals and events Warm leads and marketing support from our internal team Paid training on our products, sales process, and payment processing Career path into Senior Sales, Sales Manager, or Partnership Development roles A real product you can be proud of selling — backed by a local team that actually delivers The chance to be the go-to technology partner for Phoenix's bilingual business community How to Apply Apply through Indeed with your resume and a short note about why this role interests you.
