In this role, you will be the first point of contact with homeowners , generating interest and qualifying opportunities for backyard homes (casitas / ADUs). You'll connect with prospects through door-to-door outreach and warm follow-up calls , helping homeowners explore how they can turn unused backyard space into income-producing property or additional living space. This is a high-energy, people-focused sales role where your ability to start conversations, build trust, and identify opportunity directly drives your income. A casita (Accessory Dwelling Unit) is a small, fully functional home built in a homeowner's backyard. It typically includes a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living space.

Casitas are used for:

• $25,000/month Consistent Performer (4-6 sets/month): ➡$15,000
