We are looking for a friendly, motivated person to join our front counter and sales team. No tire or wheel experience is required. We are willing to train the right person. What matters most is that you are friendly, dependable, willing to learn, and comfortable talking to customers. What You'll Do As a Front Desk / Sales Associate, you will help customers in person and over the phone, assist with tire and wheel quotes, schedule appointments, answer basic questions, and help keep the front area organized. You will learn about tires, wheels, fitments, accessories, financing options, and how to help customers choose the right products for their vehicle. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly customer service Answer phone calls and respond to customer questions Help customers with tire, wheel, and accessory quotes Schedule appointments and communicate with the shop team Follow up with customers about quotes and orders Help keep the front counter and customer area clean and organized Learn product knowledge about wheels, tires, accessories, and services Support daily sales and customer service operations Qualifications No experience required — we will train Friendly and professional attitude Strong communication skills Comfortable talking to customers in person and over the phone Willing to learn about tires, wheels, and automotive accessories Dependable and punctual Basic computer or phone skills Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys helping people, is motivated to learn sales, and wants to grow with a family-owned company. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to get into sales, customer service, or the automotive industry. Job Type Full-time or Part-time Pay Starting pay depends on experience.
