Full Job Description HVAC Project Sales Representative Locations:
Colorado Springs, CO & Phoenix, AZ Compensation:
$65,000•$70,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Monthly Car Allowance Earning Potential Year 1
On-Target Earnings:
$90,000•$95,000+ Typical Earnings After Year 1: $100,000+
High Performers:
$140,000•$200,000+ Commission paid immediately upon signed contracts Position Overview We are seeking motivated and driven HVAC Project Sales Representatives to develop new business opportunities within the commercial and industrial HVAC market. This role is ideal for sales professionals who enjoy prospecting, building relationships, and managing complex sales cycles from initial contact through contract execution. This is a hunter-focused position requiring strong business development skills and the ability to generate new opportunities through cold calling, networking, and strategic outreach. Responsibilities Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, and networking Develop and maintain relationships with commercial and industrial facility decision-makers Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits Create proposals and negotiate contracts Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to close Sell commercial HVAC service agreements, maintenance programs, retrofit projects, and equipment replacement solutions Collaborate with internal operations and project teams to ensure successful project handoffs Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve revenue goals Qualifications Required 2+ years of HVAC sales experience Experience selling commercial HVAC services, maintenance agreements, retrofits, or mechanical solutions Strong business development and prospecting skills Experience managing longer sales cycles and complex B2B sales Ability to communicate effectively with executives, facility managers, directors, and building owners Self-motivated, professional, and results-driven Preferred Experience selling to hospitals, data centers, manufacturing facilities, office buildings, or other commercial/industrial clients Knowledge of HVAC equipment and building systems Experience selling service-based solutions rather than transactional products Work Environment Combination of office and field-based work Significant customer-facing interaction Local travel within assigned territory Not a remote position Why Join?
