The ideal candidate should be outgoing, aggressive in work habits, and have a proven record of success. We are looking for someone who can grow the territory and expand our footprint in the Southwest.
Position:
Regional Account Manager Responsibilities:
Develop both market and customer-specific sales plans. Maintain a constantly updated list of leads and targets, ensuring the sales pipeline is always full. Travel regularly to customer sites to conduct business in person. Collaborate with the management team to craft and implement sales and closing strategies, directly assisting with closes when necessary. Aggressively follow up on leads and track sales pipeline progress. Develop and execute quarterly and annual sales targets. Report to management daily, or more frequently as business activities and deal flow warrant. Use CRM (Salesforce.com) to actively track, monitor, and manage performance among the sales team. Up to 50% travel may be required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree. Minimum of 10 years of experience selling technical products. At least 8 years in an industrial sales capacity. Prior experience selling industrial products in a B2B setting. Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce.com), Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Self-starter with a strong work ethic and integrity. Aggressive and hard-working, looking to develop a long-term sales management career. Proven track record of success in business development and sales management. Enjoys constant interaction and thrives in a hands-on, dynamic environment.
