Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative to manage an established territory and develop new business opportunities. This role is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys meeting customers, identifying solutions, and building long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities while growing existing accounts. Meet with business owners, facility managers, and other decision-makers. Prepare quotes, proposals, and customized solutions for customers. Manage a sales pipeline and follow opportunities through the sales cycle. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships that generate repeat business. Prospect, follow up, and identify new opportunities throughout the assigned territory. Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and continued business growth. Required Qualifications Proven track record of success in outside sales or B2B sales. Stable work history with demonstrated sales achievements. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Excellent organizational and follow-up skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to commute within the Phoenix Metro Area. Preferred Qualifications Industrial equipment sales experience. Territory sales experience. B2B outside sales experience. Experience selling to manufacturing, commercial, industrial, or facility management customers. $90,000-$130,000+ Established Phoenix Territory | Existing Accounts | Full Benefits Additional Information In-person position based in the Phoenix Metro Area.
